WHAT  IS ENERGY FOR AN ACTOR??

IT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT, BUT HOW BADLY YOU WANT –SHAH RUKH  KHAN (NOV 1992)

In November 1992 I attended an acting workshop conducted by one film old Shah Rukh khan . His ‘Deewana’ had just released in August 1992. Some body asked him what is the secret of success in this profession . He said, TIMING (as in, some one is looking for a person like you,  and you  happen to land up there) and second is PASSION , how badly you want to succeed.

Over the years I have realized ,that his source of  HIGH  ENERGY  is springed  through this PASSION, how desperately he wants to excel.

Many times actors ask me HOW TO GET ENERGY ? I just suggest them to ask themselves a question . How much the situation and circumstance matter to them ? How much they care about the moment they are experiencing ? More they care, more it matters to them higher the energy ?
